How the Flame artist uses the export
Usually, the Flame artist will have generated the Clip from the desired Flame Project; they can load that project and drag it into the Batch Schematic, if it isn’t there already. If not, they will have to create the project, import the clip, and drag it into the Batch Schematic.
If the Flame artist has SynthEyes and has set up the Flame integration, they can place the files you supply into the project folder for the agreed-upon project name, then use ‘Receive from SynthEyes’ to load it up. Yay!
If the Flame artist doesn’t have SynthEyes (and everybody should, right?), they should use the Python Console to open the (project_name).py file in the folder you sent. Then hit Play on the Console to run the script.
If the project sits at the same folder location on the Flame machine as it did on the SynthEyes machine, the file will be read and opened immediately.
If the location is different, a Flame File Selector dialog box will appear, and you should choose the .syflame file in the same folder as the .py file you just opened. And voilà!
Life is definitely simpler when Flame and SynthEyes are on the same machine!
