Camera Height (Coordinates)
Use this phase when you know the height of the camera above the ground plane on a certain frame, and wish to use this information to set the scene scale. Important: you must have an accurate placement for the ground plane, otherwise the resulting scene scaling will be off. You should be basing the ground plane on a half-dozen or more trackers that are on the ground plane, ie dirt, paint and oil marks, etc, not balls or other objects sitting above the ground plane.
To configure the phase, set the camera, the frame on which the camera is at this height (for a dolly, that might be any frame, pick one reliable one), and set the desired camera height. The height should be measured from the ground plane to the center of the lens of the camera at whatever angle the camera is tilted.
Note that there are other related (complementary or alternative) effects that can be achieved using the path locking capabilities of the solver, for example to force the camera to sit at this height on every frame.
